bowling last week was terrible....no carry.....no spare conversion...123, 138, 154 for a 415 series....I lose focus so easy.....what do you guys do to keep focus

getting to be more consistent with my raw pain...only time i switched balls this time was for right side corner spares...(6 pins and 10 pins)....worked thru the carry down and made the small adjustments i needed to to keep the carry working...bowled games of 184, 206, 194 for a 582 series...missed 7 pin in the 10th frame of the last game killed me.....but i was overall happy with my performance because i was going on about 3 hours of sleep....we've had a crazy weather system that knocked power out to most of the city for a week...

That kind of practice works great....I do it often, especially during the summer when I am doing my PBA leagues. I also practice just shooting 7 and 10 pins now and again. I would definitely recommend you try it yourself....it's nice to not have the score up....you are able to concentrate and focus more on you and your game than worrying about what you are scoring :)
